Activated Carbon Impregnated Polyester Fiber Media

Activated Carbon Impregnated Polyester Fiber Media is a dual-action filtration solution engineered to combine coarse particulate capture with the effective adsorption of unpleasant odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and airborne gaseous pollutants. Constructed by homogeneously bonding activated carbon powder into a synthetic polyester fiber matrix, it provides reliable mechanical and chemical air purification.

Featuring a nominal thickness of 10 mm and a low initial pressure drop of 40 Pa, this media minimizes aerodynamic drag, thereby reducing fan power consumption. Certified to F1 fire resistance standards (DIN 53438) with an 89% colorimetric efficiency, it offers a dependable and cost-effective filtration solution for commercial HVAC systems and air handling units.
